I bought this and have worn it once, I just feel like I don't do it justice. It is the smaller size out of two, so max rib cage would be 28-29". There is a tiny bit of elastic on the back that is not stretched out, so it will fit probably 24"-29" is my guess. Has waist ties, other owner did not notify me that it was missing the bow, so I am sorry about that. It's really beautiful and lightweight gobelin, which makes it really perfect for any weather. No stains that I can gather, on lace or fabric. comes with both extra buttons. Selling it for a little under what I purchased it for.
