this dress is in perfect condition, no stains or rips. I purchased this secondhand, but the waist is a little too high for me so I hope someone will want to give it a new home!

I don't have the official measurements, but it is fully shirred, so there's quite a bit of wiggle room! in order to fit comfortably, though, I would recommend you be a good few centimeters smaller than the max measurements.
