Old school likely 1999-2000 Metamorphose Bouquet Print 4 tier skirt
Full shirring. Elastic in tact! I've worn this skirt personally about 3 times? It is a pretty green color. Bottom lace does not match the lolibrary link listing from 1999, tag is curly font and exact same bouquet print as my 1999 long tiered bouquet print JSK. Semi heavy because of built in petti.
