Vintage 2000s layered/ asymmetric Jane Marple skirts. I usually wore one "skirt" at a time over pants as bumflaps (punk style).
These are very old, so they do have a general feeling of wear.
They are made of wool and I believe the straps are genuine leather. They have gemstones on the waist
