Old school inspired OP by kunonoku on Taobao. Size XL, measurements on last slide. NWT, tried on briefly but it didn't fit me. Would recommend for someone US women's large. Measurements on last slide seem to be starting measurements, shirring does add a couple inches. US shipping only. 

I do have a cat and a dog but my lolita is kept in a separate room that is kept closed. Dress had a chemical smell from the warehouse when I'd received it but has been aired out since then.
