Fits me perfectly, I’m a medium with broader shoulders and it can probably fit an XL….. not sure tho. Definitely will fit medium and large. Handmade with love. Has two golden star buttons at the top with ribbon so you can tie it in a bow to stay on. Made this simply as a practice cape since I’ll be making a similar cape but in pink or sax, as a gift for my friend. The cape itself kinda flares and it looks very elegant, would look best with a cupcake- shaped dress and not A-line, but you can experiment haha.
