I bought this dress intending to have it altered, but the more time goes on the less likely it looks like I'll actually do that, especially cause I feel like I have enough bxw in my wardrobe at this point. It's REALLY cute a good quality, especially for Taobao. I believe the brand is called Ragdoll. The black lace has hearts on it!! This is size L, which per the brand has the following measurements: bust 100cm, waist 88cm, shoulder width 32cm, and length of 92cm. It has a small panel of back shirring, but I would say the measurements are pretty accurate. This dress has never been worn, only tried on. Feel free to make an offer!
