Hello! You are bidding on an old-school Baby the Stars Shine Bright skirt in Black. Purchased here on LM- it was simply too small for me. There are minor stains in the lace, but the skirt is in otherwise great condition with minimal (if any) fading. Includes waist-ties. Fair warning, there is a little shirring in the back, but it's meant for 'breathing room', not to accommodate a larger waist. Measurements:
