it is in excellent condition. a-line shape so it definitely needs an a-line petticoat, also looks good without a petti at all though. can be worn with blouse under or as an OP
no shirring, just a zip up the back
elastic in shoulders is not at all stretched out, as it has been stored carefully on clips rather than a hanger, i suggest you do the same to preserve the elastic!
