I am not sure what release year this is from. Somewhere between 2003-2010 is my best guess. I love this dress but it has always been too short for me. Somewhat petite size with a max bust of 90cm and max waist of 75cm. I am 5'6" and it was about mid thigh on me. There is no shirring except for the shoulder straps and the elastic is starting to stretch. Could be repaired by someone more skilled than myself. Comes with detachable waist ties.
