Includes overskirt that can be tied up into bustles (pictured untied). Gorgeous thick cotton lace. Would only recommend for petite people, this is a small, short dress with no stretch. Please note that I have a dog and two cats, I will lint roll to the best of my ability but since this is cotton, it attracts fuzz. Avoid if you have pet allergies.
