I bought this earlier this wear because it was so adorable and it has shirring in the back which lets it go up to 90cm waist! I would recommend being more like 85cm max waist for comfort bc it does bite into me a lil bit at 90cm. Im sadly selling it to fund my car's repairs. It is in pretty good shape and mostly has some loose strings. I cant find it in lolibrary but based on the tag it is from between 2004 to 2007. It does have waist ties so you could potentially alter it to be lil bigger if you have the sewing skills which i considered doing until my car got crunched. It does have a built in petticoat which is very stiff. I recommend a small a-line petti for it.  I ship domestically with USPS Flat rate packages. Please inquire for international shipping quotes.
