Anna House OP, not sure the name of the dress. Purchased secondhand and worn once. Parting ways with it as it's too big for me. I cannot find any damage.

Regarding sizing: flat measuring the waist/bust, it comes out 15". there is generous shirring which I think adds about 3.5"-4", meaning it should comfortably accommodate a waist size of up to ~32" at the least. My waist is around 29.5" and I found it to be quite comfortable with room to stretch.

Dress has been laundered prior to listing and will be lint rolled prior to shipping.
