Old School Angelic Pretty Skirt [PRICE REDUCED]

I'm not sure when this skirt was manufactured, I would guess that it's from around 2004 to 2005 based on its tag. I bought this skirt off of Yahoo Japan and I have only worn it once. It's in good condition although it is missing the waist ties.
