I bought this lovely old school dress over a year ago and only wore it once so it's time to let it go to a good home! <3 I haven't been able to find it on Lolibrary, it looks similar to the Sweets Princess OP and the Tiered Frill OP. Thick cotton fabric, beautiful cotton lace, and tons of gorgeous pintucks, ruffles, bows, and other details. Has both neck ties and waist ties! My amateur measurements have the waist from 66-80cm, and the bust from 80-98cm. Honestly I think the bust could probably go up to 100cm, maybe even a smidge more, but because it's an OP you'll need to be able to fit it over either your shoulders or hips.
