Dark blue scallop hem meta JSK with corset lacing down the front.  Unfortunately missing its waist ties.

I’ve had this dress for several years, worn it only a couple of times myself but kept it stored in a zipped garment bag. 

I’ve never been able to identify this dress’ exact release but everyone I’ve spoken to believes it’s from around 2002-2003. (The only reference link I can provide is a post on tumblr about it …. )

Aside from the missing waist ties, it’s in pretty good condition for its age. A tiny bit of wear under the arm as shown but otherwise nothing to note.
