This is a really old skirt from metamorphose, however its still complete - with waistbands and with the bow which can be attached somewhere else. The Skirt is OLD and definitely has a worn feeling to it. Also there is a small minor flaw in the print as you can see on the fourth picture.
This skirt is part of one of metamorphoses first camouflage series which was released in 2001/2002, you can see other skirts from the series here:
