I got this from the special Fantastic Beasts event at La Foret with a shopping service

the skirt has no lining and is from a non lolita brand but it can easily fit a petti (I used my Aurora and Ariel one for the photos and it’s quite poofy)

the waist will stretch up to 92cm and the length is 67cm
