I ship with USPS since it's the least expensive, and shipping includes a tracking number. If you would prefer a different carrier or mail insurance please let me know when you buy. I will try to ship within 3 business days. If for whatever reason I am unable to I will let you know immediately. Once it's shipped it's out of my hands, so if something gets lost or damaged in transit (unless you've purchased insurance) I can't do anything about it. (Most USPS mail comes with tracking and insurance iirc). I do not ship outside the US at this time Smoke free home NOT pet free (we have a cat) I don't have the mindspace or physical space to accept returns at this time.
