First owner. I bought this dress from SES (a small fast fashion retailer). This is definitely more on the casual/otome side - it can support a petti underneath and the sizing is about a sz14 Australian, you could definitely alter or add to this dress to pull it more into lolita, it is also full-back shirred.

This fits me at 106cm bust and 84- 86 cm waist, and possibly has room to stretch further however is a little short on me at 174cm

Hiya, should be $30.05AUD standard (taking 10-20 business days), or $36AUD Express (7-15 business days), both tracked and insured. Keep in mind, COVID delays with mail at the moment, but that's the timing I'm getting from Auspost atm.
