An offbrand white skirt or underskirt that I bought at a convention many years ago. The fabric is a soft matte polyester. It closes with a zipper and and button on the side seam. It makes a good underskirt or layering piece since it's plain, but it's opaque and heavy enough to be worn on its own. 

The waist measurement taken flat is approximately 40cm or 16 inches (double to get your waist measurement).

It's been recently washed but needs to be steamed or ironed.
