I just added some pictures to the listing. It doesn’t have any cuffs on the wrist, but it sort of has ruching.

The bust is 54, the waist is 50, the length of the entire shirt is 32, the shoulder is 20, the neck is 28, and the sleeves are 24. It’s mostly polyester, but only a little bit stretchy.
