Offbrand Petticoat in White
Bought off the comm sales as an a-line petticoat, it ended up being too poofy for the dresses I'm wearing. It is made out of a stiff tulle, which is good for holding up dresses with heavier materials. Tried on, never worn out. Stiff good quality tulle
