Selling this beautiful plus size friendly blouse from Target. It’s 100% cotton with delicate floral embroidery all over, a Peter Pan collar, puffy lantern sleeves, and elastic cuffs. I wore it once.
It is marked as size M but is bigger than a US M. It fits my 40cm shoulders with room to spare. The sleeves are very roomy.
