I highly suggest not getting this blouse if you have a small build, I'm medium and and the ruffles were way too oversized on me. The ruffles + the poofy oversized-ness just makes me look silly. You can possibly modify it. (the material is really lovely, so)
It have only been tried on, not worn outside. House is smoke free but has a dog who has never been in the same room as them. The tags been removed.
