Light and airy!
Gorgeous chiffon blouses I picked up from Forever 21 a few years ago. I wore them a lot with my ETC dresses in the summer years ago, then sold nearly all of my otome/sweet lolita dresses so I subsequently have not been wearing these. The fabric is light and airy, and they're very versatile and perfect for hotter weather. The sheer type of fabric and puff sleeves gives a dreamy addition to coordinates.
I would say they're in a good used condition. I've kept them in storage for the past few years and they've been washed. The pastel pink blouse has two black dots that are not noticeable.
