I bought the dress from a friend and only tried it on. Unfortunately I don't have enough space in my closet and therefore need to prioritize. 

The dress is in good condition, it used to have a bow for the bust area, but it's gone. It has very generous shirring and can fit a wide range of sizes.

I think it will fit the best for a bust size between 100 - 110 cm (I have 117 cm and it still fits) and a waist size of 85 - 93 cm.
