Unsure of the shape but it made a bell shape when rolled up and a smaller bell without rolling up.
Perfect for skirts! Gives them the extra volume they need.

Hello again, I found the measurements. It's S/M and roughly around 60-95cm (waist) unstretched and 45cm (lenght).
