Was my first petticoat but I've since upgraded
I sewed on an extra layer of soft tool and lined it with ribbons at the craft store cause it deflated over time.
It did make my skirt shape look more poofy but also slightly lopsided.
I attached images of when I 100% knew this was my only petticoat and after I installed the tulle for extra poof.
Damages include overall tears and fraying the most egregious examples are shown in the images.

My waist is about 70cm and it fits fine. I did a stretch test and the absolute make was about 50cm across (if I really pushed it) but I would say the max is 43cm flat to be safe.
The length is about 45cm (starting from the top of the waistband; the waistband is 3cm wide so the petti is about 42cm long itself)
