Offbrand taobao light blue shoes with bow

Too small for me, it's more a EU 38.5 (24.5 cm) they look like new, a little wrinkle on the top of one of the shoes, see picture. I've just tried them on but I'm not the first owner. The heel is about 9 cm high with a plateau of about 2,5 cm.
The colour is a light blue with a hint of grey, it's not a baby blue!
Guess they are from taobao.
