Size 25.0 approximately

I got these off of ebay and they were labeled as "size 26.0" but they definitely are not. They feel more like a 25.0. On the bottom of the shoe it says "42".but once again these are NOT a size 42. I tried to measure the length of the shoes but it's a bit difficult because of the heel. However, they're very cute and feminine looking and I hope they go to a good home. The heel height is 2.5 cm or 1". The box has a strange paint smell but the shoes alone do not.
