Bought ages ago, don't really remember where. It's a simple black hoop skirt with two hoops, elasticated waist and some lace on it. I don't really wear hoop skirts as I prefer pettis hence why I'm selling it. Condition is pretty much like you as it's been in storage since I bought it because I bought it as an emergency backup for a meet but it arrived way later.
Waist measured flat is around 30-35cm, I can stretch it to 47cm but I suggest to be under that meansurement because it might be uncomfortable at its limit.

I ship from Bremen, Germany via DHL (you can request a different company though, just message me to discuss). Payment per Paypal in EUR. I always put an approximation for the international shipping rates but please keep in mind these are the lowest possible tracked and insured options and only includes an insurance of up to 50 euros, higher insurance for packages (up to 500 euros) costs more, so please bear that in mind. Also, shipping for bulkier items like main pieecs and shoes is more expensive than my quoted prices!
For example - shipping for a small package insured only up to 50 euros is 25 to USA - but insured for up to 500 euros is 49 euros.
