- Feel free request for additional photos if necessary. - Colors in the photos taken by the seller might slightly differ from the item in real life because of camera/ phone screen/ computer monitor/ individual's eyes. - By default: the package is always tracked. The transportation service is VNPost (Vietnam Post Corporation). Estimated shipping time is about 1 month for other continents. If you want faster shipping options (FedEx, DHL, EMS, etc), please contact for quote. - Seller can change the transport company upon Buyer's request, but it will take a longer time (3-7 days) due to some transport services have their office hours the same as my work hours. - No returns. - Pet-free home. - Home with smoking family member but the smoke does not reach or stick to my dresses - The buyer is not responsible for any missing, stolen or damaged package from the moment the package is given to the transport company. - No hold without payment plans or a deposit. The deposit will not be returned in case the buyer cannot make full payment. - Payment plan: The seller accepts payment plans for items with value over US$100/each. The payment should be above US$50/month. The total months for payment plans should be no longer than 3 months (negotiable). The seller will hold the item until the full amount, including shipping fee, is paid. In case the buyer cannot fulfill the payment plan as previously agreed, the seller will refund 90% of the amount received so far. During the payment plan period, the item will continue to be listed on sales with notes that it is under payment plan. In case a second buyer approaches with the intention to purchase the item in one full payment, the seller will negotiate between two buyers to find a solution, as the final purpose is to sell the item as soon as possible. In case the second buyer wins the item, the second buyer will compensate the initial buyer an amount that two buyers can agree on; and the seller will refund 90-95% of the received amount from the initial buyer so far. (tbh I don't think I own any popular pieces to the point there will be two buyers fighting for it)
