Red and white polka dot skirt from an unknown maker - 3/5 condition

There is no tag, so it was probably a commissioned piece. made of a cotton with no lining.

Overall, the sewing seems decent, but I found 2 mistakes on the waistband (see pics 3-4). These aren't visible when worn if you put a blouse over them.
