Up for sale is an offbrand white bell sleeve blouse with black lace. It comes with a detachable jabot and has black ribbon on the back as a corset look. Longer in the back than the front. Kinda punk or aristocratic ouji looking

This came vaccum sealed so it is wrinkled and it has loose threads. It is not really high quality. but maybe with a good ironing and a high waisted skirt or shorts, it could look pretty decent.
Never tried on. Brand new.
