Offbrand Floral Skirt - plus size friendly!

I bought this off Yahoo Auctions but the colour is a bit different to what I expected and I don't wear skirts very often so I will probably never wear it. The waistband is shirred and thus could fit anywhere between 22"-36", maybe more. The colour is more vibrant in person - I had trouble capturing the true shade of it. I believe it is handmade and the quality/construction is very good.
