Offbrand Crystal Bow Shoes
These shoes were purchased at Walmart a few years ago and are labeled as size 5, however they fit like an american 6.5 or 7 as the insole measures 23.5cm or about 9.25".
I've only tried them on but they seem comfortable enough. They have a 1.5" heel
They have a faux patent leather finish and the bows are grosgrain ribbon with iridescent glass beads sewn on them.
