Fits me and I'm a small, original owner was a large and just didn't like the style anymore. It has a lot of fabric and a very stretchy waistband so it is quite adjustable! Hello!! Sorry for the confusion. For my items I "don't ship outside the US" but really I do this because shipping outside the US is time consuming and costly so I need a little bit of patience with the buyer. (I just shipped my first out of state package yesterday!) It just discourages nonserious buyers from inquiring. I can probably get an estimate if you private message me your zip code, but I can get a really accurate and I am able to find the cheapest shipping easily if you pay an invoice of $1 on paypal because it fills out your address and calculates the shipping instantly. I can also refund this to you if you decide not to get it but paypal does take a $0.34 cut.
