black offbrand chiffon overskirt vest (very plus size friendly)

i must have cut the tag out years ago, so i can't remember where this is from originally, but i got this many years ago when i was a larger gal to wear with babby's first gothic lolita coords. it's very comfy since the vest part is a stretchy cotton material, and is very generous in the shoulders
i had about a 110-115ish cm bust when i got this, and even with the back lacing fulled tightened it was almost too large for me and a little large in the shoulders, so this is VERY plus size friendly. i can try to do manual measurements if anyone is interested

oops, yeah i see what you mean now that i look at it on a different screen! but yes, it's black :) added another image held up to my black tablet for comparison (closest black item i had handy lol)
