This petticoat is basically a mutant hybrid made from a couple of different petticoats sewn together. I basically just got sick of having to layer them.
The stitching/tulle is dodgy in some areas because of the variation. Offers pretty good volume and has a cupcake shape to it when worn. Ships from a house with two very fluffy persian cats.
