Offbrand black mary janes (23.5cm / EU 39 / US 8.5 / JP 25)
Bought at a Summer Tales convention stall.
These lovely shoes have been in my possession for a while, but I didn't end up wearing them much because of the way the heels are shaped.

- The bows that come with the mary janes were initially attached, but the way they were knot into a bow shape looked a bit off to me, so I undid the stitching that kept the bows in shape and retied them. I have not had the opportunity to attach clips to the bows so they can be attached to the shoe's straps, unfortunately, so if you want to wear the bows with the shoes you can either attach them directly onto the shoes or glue/sew a clip onto the bows yourself. (I don't have any experience with sewing or glueing shoe materials, so I have refrained from doing any of these things myself.) Initially, the bows were simply tied around the elastic and sewn in place, so if you would prefer the shoes in their original shape this can also be done.
- The straps that go over the top of the foot are elastic, so they are flexible and don't have holes, buckles or snaps attached anywhere.
- Each heel forms a symmetrical trapezoid shape when seen from behind, so they felt awkward for me to walk on. Please do note that I am not experienced with walking on heels and thus they might be perfectly fine for someone more experienced with wearing them.
- I have only done some test walks in these shoes and have never worn them for extensive periods of time, so there is no visible wear at all.

- These were purchased from a convention stall run by Summer Tales, though I am not sure if they are from the Summer Tales brand as Summer Tales is both a brand and reseller to my knowledge. There is no brand printed on the shoes or the plastic bag they came in.
NOTE: I ship from The Netherlands, so shipping and import taxes might be
quite high if you live outside of Europe (likely over €20 just for
shipping).

The widest bit near the toes is 7.5cm wide and the area near the heel is 5cm wide on the inside of the shoe.
