Looking it over for the listing I noticed 2 minor stains. they aren't noticeable when you wear them. one is on the front, but blends in, one is on the back of the shoulder and is hardly noticeable. Both are pictured. The lace is not scratchy and has a rose design.

US Size 4 or "XS" is generally the opposite of "plus size", so you may need to measure the item for us to understand what you mean.
