I bought this off Mercari and it came without the sleeves, but with the capelet. PLEASE NOTE that the sleeves also can't be tightened and idk if that's due to missing the detachable ones, but they flare kind of widely which is why I'm selling. Maybe they can be tightened if you're a confident enough seamstress or take it to be altered. No notable flaws otherwise
