Off-white gathered waist long-sleeve chiffon blouse with gold heart buttons from the brand Reine, purchased new with no tags and tried on twice. The collar can be worn off the shoulder. Features lace and ribbon details on the front, a fully lined bodice, and elastic on the collar, wrists and waistband. Recommended for very small or petite sizes, the elastic is a little tight for me.
