Purchased at an anime convention almost a decade ago. Not going to lie, it is a little costume-y but I think it's just an old taobao dress or the likes of that.
The top is velcroed in place as seen in the picture and so is the obi. The obi cable might need to be replaced but other than that, a cute op if you want big sleeves and to wear an extra cupcake-y petticoat. Made from polyester I think. Quite comfortable in my opinion. Hope someone can give her a good home. ♡♡♡♡
