Off Guide (a sub-brand of Neo Ludwig I believe) Summer Blossom OP in the the Blue Flowers colorway, size Lady 80. It is made of a super comfortable, flowy, and breathable cotton material, perfect for warmer weather! The skirt is so poofy it's gorgeous *u* Sadly it doesn't fit me so I have to sell it! It's never been worn other than to try it on.
