This fully shirred OP is super plus size friendly in the bust, and has all the shirring you can dream of. It is an empire waist cut, and very flattering. I am the second (or third?) owner, and I have only worn it to try it on. It is adorable and has no visible flaws, but after trying it on, it isn't my style so much. Hopefully it'll be perfect for you though.

Dress has no tag when I purchased it, and has no waist ties. Just keep that in mind.

Sadly, there is no official measurements, but for reference these are mine and there is definitely shirring room to spare:

Bust: 39 inches
Waist: 34 inches
Height: 5 5

*I’ve attempted to take pictures of all the damages, but there is the possibility I missed something due to the lighting in my room.

*Please note that I live in a house with two cats, and though I tend to not let them near my frills, there is the chance some of their hair is on this item.

*Sometimes takes me a while to ship do to my work schedule. Just keep that in mind.
