Waist is around 105 cm I'd say, and around 40 inches long, maybe a little longer. Pretty forgiving waistband. Fairly good poof to it, I think there's 2 layers. The material's not the softest but it's not uncomfortable on bare legs. I got this off amazon a few years back, and I have no idea how much it costed or where it's from on amazon.

Worn a handful of times with no damage I could detect. The reason the shipping is so high is because the petti is quite bulky and I may need a bigger box/bag for it.

I usually layered this petti with another (that I am also selling) to make a bigger poof, but I think it works well for just casual stuff with it's size.
