Off brand Navy and White Blouses

Two off brand blouses from a pet and smoke-free home. Navy one is flowy, high necked, and has a neck tie. The white one is cotton and has a light yellow stain on the front which I tried to photograph. The tag on the white one says size 6, and the navy one doesn't state a size at all. (Previous owner told me they were both medium.) Measurements laid flat:

where exactly is the stain on the white blouse? is it more like the chest area or lower?
