I got this dress to use as alteration material for the JSK of the same name. I damaged the skirt before realizing that I didn’t need the skirt in order to alter the jsk since it came with a belt of matching fabric. The damage is at the top button part where I cut and separated the first button whole off to try extending it (I immediately regretted it after I cut it). This is the main reason why it will be so low because of both the damage and it being so noticeable at least to me because of my beginner sewing skills. The damage is in the 5th and 6th picture.
